9/21 HARD pulling Poor Farm Pk
Whew! I could barley hold on! Dog was walking over part of our track just before we started. He wanted to follow. I held him best I could. Later he wanted to cut some turns. . .but again, I held him.

Man, this impressed ME! He was so ON it! Sorry the videos are a bit shaky. . .We were moving! He was pulling nice through tall, clumpy grass. I really had to be careful of my footing. He ate very little food along the way, even at the start. Somewhere along the way I tried to adjust the camera view and accidently stopped and restarted it. So there are 2 videos. He PICKED up the article at the end! I used a glove and stuffed his toy into the glove with treats and secured it closed w/ rubberband. No self-rewarding! Question: When do I start using a START article? And HOW? Do I ask him to pick it up or DOWN on it? Or just sniff it and go? Part I Part II
Looking at your map, I can’t tell how the track was laid. Reminder to TRAIN not TEST. Holding him is good, but it’s not teaching him anything. Every track, for ever, should be laid to strengthen some part of his skill base.😊
